Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH is seeking qualified contractors in Lincoln City, Oregon to prepare and complete renovation projects at client sites. Your responsibilities will include prep work, framing modifications, electrical and plumbing installations, HVAC, insulation, windows or doors, and finish work with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
• General liability insurance.
• Worker's Comp insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prep work areas for renovation.
• Structural work could include modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed.
• Installations could include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and windows or doors.
• Finish work not limited to drywall, flooring, cabinetry, interior or exterior painting, trim or siding.
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
