Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a contractor to perform plumbing installations, repairs, and replacements on residential sites in the Chesapeake area. Work will follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and site cleanliness.

Compensation is hourly, in the $30–$35 range, with a flexible schedule and support from project managers. Franchise location handles hiring and onboarding directly.

Qualifications

• Must hold jurisdictional contractor license.
• Must carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Must complete subcontractor package for engagement.
