Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Yorktown, VA seeks skilled handyman contractors to perform on-site residential maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires licensing and insurance compliance and successful completion of a subcontractor package.

You will work with flexible scheduling and uphold high standards of customer service, site cleanliness, and quality workmanship, including finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing fixes.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
• General Liability Insurance.
• Worker's Comp Insurance.
• Business License.
• Background and Motor Vehicle check to company standards.
• Will need to fill out subcontractor package.

Responsibilities

• Wide range of handyman tasks: finish carpentry, drywall repair, painting, electrical and plumbing work.
• Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Residential work across customer homes.
