Bear State Construction Services is seeking a Lead Remodeler in Fresno, CA to own remodeling projects from start to finish, lead a crew, and deliver craftsmanship that homeowners will love.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, interpreting blueprints, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety and on-time completion on both residential and commercial sites. Candidates should have 5+ years of remodeling experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on remodeling experience.
• Proven experience leading a crew or managing job sites independently.
• Proficiency in carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, and finish work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and finish work on projects.
• Supervise and mentor crew members, subcontractors, and apprentices on job sites.

• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment per OSHA standards.
• Communicate project updates and issues with project managers and clients.
