Job summary

COAST TO COAST RESTORATION is seeking a Project Manager to oversee remodeling and restoration projects in San Diego County. You will coordinate subcontractors, select materials with clients, and ensure projects meet schedule, quality and budget targets.

Ideal candidates have prior home remodeling experience; Xactimate knowledge is a plus. You should be self-motivated, highly organized and comfortable communicating with clients and teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Prior home remodeling experience is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of Xactimate is a PLUS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Order all material and track delivery times to ensure on-site availability.
• Meet, organize and supervise crew on each job site.
• Discuss scope and material selection with customers and document changes.
• Maintain frequent customer communication via in-person, phone or writing.
• Conduct pre-completion walks with customer and lead contractor.
