You will review scopes, manage takeoffs and change orders, and lead daily standups with safety talks. Proficient use of ClickUp, Google Drive, and CompanyCam is required to maintain clear documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a residential PM (bath/kitchen/interior remodels)
• Strong estimating literacy and margin discipline; permit/inspection fluency
• Software: ClickUp, Google Drive, CompanyCam; clear writing and documentation

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CPM-lite schedules; sequence trades and inspections
• Scope maps, takeoffs review, PO management, and change-order control
• Daily standups, safety/toolbox talks; enforce site protection and cleanliness
• Client communication cadence; expectation setting; elevate risks
• CompanyCam logs, ClickUp tasking, close-out packages (warranties, lien releases)
