Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time completion within budget and high-quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership while traveling to project sites across the US. This role emphasizes leadership development, internal career pathways, and a strong culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, development opportunities, and mentoring; recognize performance and identify career paths.
