Job summary
Premiere Property Services is seeking a full-time Construction tech to perform daily turns and remodels for multi-family properties. The role involves hands-on maintenance across building systems, including trim, cabinets, countertops, and subfloor repairs.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, is proficient with hand and power tools, detail oriented, organized, and holds a valid driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

- 1+ years of maintenance experience.
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Valid Driver’s license/acceptable driving record.
- Basic/mid-level maintenance knowledge.
