Job summary

ResProp Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to respond to work orders, perform repairs, and maintain common areas across our communities. You will coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

The role involves prepping vacant units for move-ins, providing strong resident service, and handling a variety of trade tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. A valid toolkit and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in multifamily.
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, pools, appliances, etc.
• Trade Licensing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders timely to drive resident satisfaction.
• Maintain safe, clean, and attractive common areas and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure safety.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and assist residents, guests, and vendors as needed.
