Job summary

Quadax, Inc. in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking an EDI Remit Tech specialist to provide second-level support for remittance processing and client communications.

You will research and resolve technical issues, monitor remittance transmissions, and collaborate with payers to obtain missing remits. The role includes setting up remittance parameters, Xpeditor configurations, 835 splits, and posting files, while assisting with testing and reporting.

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) after initial 3 month onsite period

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm w/60 min lunch or 8:30am-5:00pm w/30 min lunch

This position resides on the EDI Remit Tech team which provides second-level support for EDI's clients and call center personnel, resolving various issues dealing with remittance processing.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes.
• Monitor remittance transmissions between Quadax and payers.
• Work with payers to obtain missing remits.
• Setup and maintain remittance parameters, Xpeditor settings, 835 splits, posting files, and mapping NPI to the corresponding client code.
• Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes for Xpeditor releases.
• Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients.
• Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests.
• Analyze and interpret ANSI 835 data
• Other duties as assigned.
