Job Summary

As a Remittance Processing System Operator, you will manage and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will support payment processing, data entry, and record-keeping, playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our remittance systems and contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for those who value precision and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions required to process payments on the Remittance Processing DP 250/OCR Image system, including mastering the system and multifunctional tasks.
• Process and balance payments within scheduled time frames.
• Process and update customer payments promptly to ensure continued success and good customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with personal computers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• NT Windows experience preferred.
• Knowledge of money processing and balancing is helpful.
