FIS in the United States is seeking a Production Operations Associate I to support remittance processing and payment-related documents in a production‑driven environment focused on quality, accuracy, and compliance.

You will process high volumes, review materials, perform data entry, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of tasks within strict deadlines. The role offers a full‑time night shift (6:00 PM–2:30 AM) and opportunities for learning and growth within fintech operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to process high volumes of transactions with accuracy.
• Experience with data entry, payment processing, document handling or workflows.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a production setting.
• Ability to follow procedures, controls, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process remittance payments and financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Review, sort, prepare, and validate incoming remittance materials.
• Perform data entry and transaction processing with high quality standards.
• Identify and resolve processing discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Ensure payment information is recorded and reconciled in systems.
• Follow security procedures and regulatory requirements for handling transactions.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service-level objectives in production.
• Support daily workflow management and processing deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve outcomes.
• Maintain records and documentation to support audits.
