Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead compassionate memory care and meaningful resident engagement. You will oversee reminiscence neighborhood operations and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver safe, person-centered dementia care.

Responsibilities include developing dementia-appropriate activities, guiding the care manager model, supporting families, monitoring quality indicators, budgeting, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range: 70,720.00 - 91,676.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
