The ideal candidate will engage in hands-on care, participate in developing Individualized Service Plans, and support residents emotionally and physically. The position includes responsibilities in daily living activities, safety compliance, and fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families. Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Desire to serve and care for seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.

• Observe and document changes in residents' conditions.
