ESPN Bristol, CT seeks a Supervisor of Production Operations to lead technical operators on REMI-based live events. You will plan, support and execute all operational needs, coordinating with multiple ESPN and Disney units to ensure seamless productions.

You will build teams, drive efficiency, and lead training initiatives while overseeing scheduling and quality control. Must be ready to work nights, weekends, and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Content Production or related experience at regional to network level.
• Experience with broadcast production workflows, control rooms and remote productions.
• Ability to lead, schedule and develop teams and processes under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations and technical support for live events.
• Plan, coordinate and execute REMI-based productions across teams.
• Develop workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead training, evaluate performance and conduct reviews.
• Coordinate with ESPN, Disney and external partners to resolve issues.
• Manage personnel crewing, scheduling, and facility resources.
