Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? As a full-time Remarketing Dealer Engagement and Retention Manager, you will focus on optimizing revenue, accelerating inventory turnover, and reducing residual value losses to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. You will conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, refine strategies, and adjust outreach efforts based on data-driven insights. Apply now!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  1. Strategize and implement lead generation and conversion tactics to grow SIXTdirect.com, ensuring a seamless prospect-to-customer transition.
  2. Develop and execute brand-building and remarketing initiatives for dealerships and dealer groups to foster partnerships and elevate brand presence.
  3. Collaborate with team members to optimize lead processes, strengthen existing partnerships, and attract new clients to drive revenue.
  4. Design and implement CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement and loyalty.
  5. Track, manage, and present KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  6. Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems through regular audits.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  1. Experience: Over 5 years in B2B sales and account management, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred).
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, confidence in phone interactions, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to prioritize, solve challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
  6. Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% for industry events and meetings.
