Job summary

Jobtailor in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support the Remarketing Manager in handling company-owned real estate and manufactured home assets from securing through liquidation.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, the ability to work under pressure, independent task completion, and adherence to policies; MSP experience is a plus. Typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Capable of independent completion of tasks within standard practices.

• Assist the Remarketing Manager with real estate and chattel asset liquidation processes.
• Collaborate to compile and distribute repossession information.
• Process payments and review vendor invoices in the repossession system.
• Save documents into servicing system and shared drive.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Remarketing Manager with tasks related to managing and selling company-owned real estate and chattel (manufactured home) assets, from securing through liquidation and loss accounting.
• Collaborating with the Remarketing Manager to compile and distribute information about repossessions, including incurrence, sale, and post-sale processes.
• Processing payments and appropriately assessing vendor invoices in customer accounts through the repossession management system in a timely manner.
• Saving documents into the servicing system and on a shared drive.
• Performing related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Working Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office—Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Capacity to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
• MSP experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
