Qualifications

• Experience in call center or phone-based support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers approaching lease maturity to discuss end-of-term options.
• Manage assigned lease maturity portfolios and support loss mitigation.
• Review lease-end inspections and apply wear/use charges as appropriate.
• Prepare customer correspondence, including final liability letters and fee documents.
• Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure vehicle return or purchase.
• Collect end-of-term fees and required documents to close accounts.
• Respond to customer emails and voicemails promptly.
• Handle inbound calls regarding lease-end processes and inquiries.
• Provide exceptional service while meeting quality and compliance standards.

• Contact customers approaching lease maturity to discuss end-of-term options, vehicle returns, purchases, and current offers.
• Manage assigned lease maturity portfolios and support loss mitigation efforts.
• Review lease-end inspections and ensure excessive wear and use charges are applied appropriately.
• Prepare customer correspondence, including final liability letters, fee documentation, and account follow-up communications.
• Follow up on past-due lease maturity accounts to ensure vehicle return or purchase completion.
• Collect end-of-term fees, documentation, and other requirements needed to close accounts.
• Respond to customer emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding lease-end processes and account inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field required.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Positive attitude with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a call center, customer service, or phone-based support role preferred.
• Restaurant or hospitality customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and related regulations preferred.
