Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30am–2:30pm, paying $18.00–$26.00 per hour.

You will drain, blast, disassemble and evaluate hydraulic cylinders and components, perform quality testing, and support assembly and repair activities. The candidate should read blueprints, use measuring devices, and be mechanically inclined to handle hand-assembly tasks and testing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to use basic measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Review priority list and process to build priority order.
• Identify parts as good or repairable and direct to location.
• Wash/clean product as required.
• Use prints and practices for proper assembly of components.
• Review work instructions and customer specifications for assembly.
• Set up torquer and nut-buster for assembly/disassembly.
• Set up test stands and test assembled product when trained.
• Conduct final testing and record results on the log when trained.
