LTM is seeking a senior data management expert to lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions that deliver trusted golden records across the real estate value chain. The role focuses on property and company match rules, cleansing, tokenization, and survivorship to ensure high-precision matching.
You will architect and tune matching logic, configure entity models and relationships, and integrate external enrichment sources to improve match precision while reducing duplicates.
Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions for delivering trusted golden records across the real estate value chain Experience of working in Property and Company Match rules
Architect and tune company matching logic match rules cleanse functions tokenization and survivorship
Configure Reltio entity models relationships eg parentsubsidiary account hierarchies reference data RDM and data quality rules specific to corporatelegal entity data
Integrate external enrichment and matching sources eg DB DUNS LEI ZoomInfo thirdparty firmographics to improve company match precision and reduce duplicates
Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub RIH REST APIs and connectors to CRM ERP lease and property systems
Define and optimize matchandmerge thresholds handle false positivesnegatives and govern manual data steward review workflows for ambiguous company matches
Provide technical leadership mentoring developers conducting code reviews and enforcing MDM best practices and performance tuning across tenants DevTestProd
Partner with data architects business stakeholders and data stewards to translate data requirements into scalable governed solutions
Ensure data security rolebased access audit and compliance GDPRdata privacy for sensitive client and partner information
10 to 15 years in data management with 5 years handson Reltio proven expertise in companyentity matching JavaGroovy JSON SQL and cloud AWSAzure Reltio certification and real estate domain exposure preferred"
