Job description

We are seeking an experienced MDM Reltio Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Master Data Management solutions. The role involves architecting multi-domain MDM systems, driving data governance, and enabling seamless integration across systems while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Reltio MDM architecture, including entity models, hierarchies, and reference data structures.

• Define mastering rules (match & merge, survivorship, source ranking) and data stewardship workflows.

• Architect integrations with source systems (CRM, ERP, Core Banking, POS, Policy, Claims) and downstream consumers (Data Lake, Analytics, Digital apps) using API, event-driven, and batch patterns.

• Implement data governance and quality frameworks, including KPIs, validations, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOC, BFSI regulations).

• Lead technical delivery, provide guidance on Reltio configurations, performance tuning, and best practices.

• Oversee environments, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, migrations, and version upgrades.

• Ensure security and access controls including RBAC, data masking, and auditability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, run design workshops, and provide architectural recommendations.

Required Skills

• Experience in multi-domain MDM solutions (Customer, Product, Party, Account, Location).
