Job summary

Trace Coalition Global LLC in Paterson, NJ is seeking Relocation Specialists (Movers/Helpers) to join our crew at the Carroll Street site. This hands-on role involves safely packing, moving, transporting, and removing furniture, appliances, and debris as part of unit relocation and turnover projects.

You will work under the direction of a Project Manager or Crew Lead, lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized work site.

Qualifications

• Prior moving, warehouse, labor, or general contracting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and belongings
• Wrap, pad, and protect items during transport
• Perform debris removal and unit clean-outs
• Load and unload company vehicles in an organized, damage-preventing manner
• Follow site instructions from the Project Manager or Crew Lead
• Treat residents and staff with professionalism and respect
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site
• Comply with safety, and company policies
