• Receive 6 months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist in solving customer needs and managing operations.
• Engage in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting.
• Establish relationships to acquire new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues for timely service.
