Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking Production Assemblers for a temporary/contract role onsite in Roseau, Minnesota. Relocation assistance is available, with temporary housing provided and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.

You will assemble vehicle components, inspect quality, and help maintain efficient production. Role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and report onsite for assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial.
• Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation available).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vehicle systems, components, and parts on a production line.
• Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and production machinery.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
