Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Assembler for an onsite role in Roseau, MN. The position offers relocation support and a competitive hourly wage on first/second shift, with overtime potential.

You will assemble vehicle components, perform quality inspections, and operate hand and power tools in a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing environment. Temporary housing is available during relocation.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vehicle systems, components, and parts on a production line.
• Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and production machinery.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
