Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to support major manufacturing programs in Kinston, NC. The role involves setting up and operating manual and CNC tools to produce precision parts within tight tolerances.

You will read blueprints, inspect finished components with precision measuring tools, and perform routine maintenance while supporting team members as needed. Willingness to work any shift and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operator experience preferred.
• Reads blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Maintains tolerances and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
• Uses precision measuring instruments to inspect components.
• Performs milling, drilling, boring, grinding, and finishing.
• Monitors quality and follows procedures.
• Performs routine machine maintenance.
• Moves materials through the process.
• Supports teammates with training as needed.
