Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce parts to exact tolerances. The role requires interpreting blueprints, inspecting components, and performing multiple machining operations with CNC and manual tools.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of machine operator experience and be willing to work any shift, including overtime. Relocation assistance is available to support the aerospace program.

• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine processes, tooling, setup requirements.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect components and verify tolerances.
• Perform milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening operations.
• Monitor quality and follow procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and checks.
• Move materials and parts through the process with assigned equipment.
• Train and assist other staff as needed.

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to support major manufacturing program. The Machine Operator will set up and operates a variety of machine tools to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements.
• Uses precision measuring instruments and machinist tools to inspect, assemble, and verify finished components.
• Performs machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening.
• Monitors quality standards and follows manufacturing procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
• Performs routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant checks, and basic equipment upkeep.
• Moves materials and completed parts through the manufacturing process using assigned equipment.
• Supports team operations by training and assisting other employees as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ machine operator experience.
• Must be willing and able to work any shift to include working overtime as needed.
