Job summary

Leumas Residential is seeking a Relocation Coordinator (Project Lead) to manage tenant relocations and resident services in Tucson, in-person. You will plan moves, administer benefits, and lead a small relocation team to deliver client objectives.

You will coordinate with residents, the client, and subcontractors; maintain relocation files; identify Section 8 landlords; provide counseling on housing options near schools and jobs; ensure Fair Housing and ADA compliance and report on progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing nonprofit work, local government, or donor relations required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior management and administrative experience.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point-of-contact with client organization.
• Lead a team of relocation specialists and manage tenant moves.
• Develop and maintain tenant relocation files.
• Identify Section 8 landlords in opportunity zones and connect tenants.
• Provide housing opportunity counseling for school access and jobs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA Section 504 requirements.
