Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking reliable Seasonal Production Assemblers for a powersports operation in Thief River Falls, MN. The role offers a 4-day, 10-hour workweek with a 3-day weekend and potential Friday overtime.

You will assemble parts per blueprints, inspect for quality, and assist with basic setup while maintaining safety and organization on the line. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required, and the job pays $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Check parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges and fixtures.
• Perform various production and assembly-line tasks.
• Assist with basic equipment setup and minor machine adjustments.
• Keep workstation clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
