Job summary

WellRive is seeking a part-time Move Manager to coordinate client moves from start to finish. You will travel to client residences, measure floorplans, supervise loading/unloading, and work with a variety of moving teams to ensure a smooth, stress-free relocation experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the client’s move.
• Respond promptly to initial client requests.
• Travel to and from clients’ residences and related appointments.
• Measure and layout floorplans for the new living environment.
• Pack/unpack tasks per tradecraft, including hanging pictures and organizing cabinets.
• Direct/assist loading, unloading, and disposal of materials.
• Collaborate with multiple moving companies and teams.
• Identify community resources to meet clients’ needs.
• Lead and guide team members during moves.
• Basic computer skills, Portal navigation, and data entry.
• Delegate tasks to ensure team efficiency.
• Ensure excellent client experiences on every job.
• Problem-solve on the spot for delays or health concerns.
• Schedule services to complete moves.
• Supervise multiple teams and services.
• Complete paperwork and documentation timely.
• Clear communication with clients and vendors.
• Follow up with clients post-move for satisfaction.
