WellRive is a nationally recognized pioneer in the Senior Move Management industry, seeking a part-time Move Manager in Madison, WI. You will lead the client’s move, coordinate team efforts, and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience by managing logistics from floor plans to packing and scheduling services.

You will work closely with clients and team members, pack/unpack when needed, and help arrange mover logistics while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and adherence to company

Qualifikationen

• Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis and long days with no heavy lifting.
• Perform basic math for estimating and billing.
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all aspects of the client’s move.
• Timely response to client’s initial request.
• Provide the client with an estimate.
• Travel to and from clients’ residences and all appointments related to the client’s move.
• Measure, assess and layout floorplans for the new living environment.
• Willing to pack & unpack clients’ possessions safely and efficiently; hang pictures; make beds; stock cabinets; direct/assist loading/unloading and disposal of materials.
• Work well with moving companies and their team members.
• Gain knowledge of community resources to assist clients (e.g., estate sale planners, donation sites, disposal companies).
• Lead, supervise and guide team members throughout the move.
• Basic knowledge of computers, portal navigation and data entry skills.
• Delegate tasks to ensure team efficiency.
• Strive for an excellent client experience on every job.
• Problem-solve on the spot (movers late, health concerns, etc.).
• Schedule all necessary services to complete client moves.
• Supervise multiple people and services simultaneously.
• Complete paperwork and documentation to client and office.
• Clear and concise communication with client, family, community, team, vendors and others.
• Follow up with client after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
