Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and similar software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of the move, answer questions, coordinate details, and ensure a smooth relocation.
• Use MoverSuite and BlueZone to manage daily activities and orders, maintaining relocation data accurately.
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders and support growth opportunities within the company.
