• Experience as a leasing professional is preferred.
• Ability to guide residents through the application process.
• Experience reviewing and handling credit reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and current residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Guide residents through the application process and manage credit reports.
• Ensure a smooth move-in experience and coordinate with the Relocation Department under the Director of Operations.
• Maintain organized operations in the Relocation area and conduct market surveys to stay competitive.
