Job summary

ADT is seeking an entry-level Relocation Retention team member to handle inbound calls and qualify sales opportunities for ADT products and services. You will schedule appointments with ADT Field personnel as part of the sales process.

This role introduces you to ADT products, policies, and processes, with a promotion path to Relocation Inside Sales within 60–180 days depending on readiness.

Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Retention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and/or ADT employees.
• Identify the reason for the call through discovery.
• Determine proper solution for customer, make recommendation, and overcome objections if needed.
• Transfer the call to the appropriate group for handling that ensures the optimum customer experience.
• Schedule appointments where applicable.
• Process cancellation requests where applicable.
• Perform other duties and related work as assigned.
