Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation invites a Splunk Engineer to join our Madison campus; relocation to the area is required with financial relocation assistance. You will optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation and help teams realize the platform's potential across IT operations, Security, R&D, and Business Intelligence.

As part of a collaborative, fast-moving team, you will identify new use cases, deliver impactful analytics, and support cross-functional partners while enjoying Epic's

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
1+ year of Splunk Administration experience.
Cribl experience is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD concepts and technologies; GitLab experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts; Ansible and Terraform experience is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

Optimize and maintain Epic's cloud Splunk installation and help teams realize the platform's potential.
Collaborate with IT operations, Security, R&D, and Business Intelligence to deploy new use cases.
Provide strong troubleshooting and customer service to internal teams.
