Job summary

Cobb Hatcheries seeks a capable leader to head the GP PS Hatchery Team, driving high-quality product output aligned with customer expectations and financial targets. You will oversee safety, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain hatchery performance.

The role requires strong people leadership, industry knowledge in poultry management, and a commitment to biosecurity and regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a general professional field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Four or more years of poultry management–related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead GP PS Hatchery Team to meet customer expectations and financial objectives.
• Provide quality products to customers globally.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, shared services, and other hatcheries.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a qualified team.
• Ensure HR and safety objectives are met at hatchery facilities.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement new processes and technologies.
• Maintain compliance with domestic and international regulations governing Cobb business activities.
