Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS)/Electronic Warfare Maintenance and Training Representative (I/EWMTR) at Pearl Harbor, HI.

The role involves direct waterfront maintenance training for imaging and EW systems on submarine platforms and supporting DDT and DRT while coordinating with Navy personnel. The position requires Navy Instructor credentials or NEC 9502, strong public speaking, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Qualified Navy Instructor with NEC 9502 or equivalent training experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Imaging and EW systems on submarine platforms.
• Ability to impart knowledge and train Navy personnel.
• Excellent public speaker, able to communicate across ranks.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide waterfront maintenance training to imaging system maintainers.
• Support Dockside Differences Training (DDT) and Dockside Refresher Training (DRT).
• Conduct over-the-shoulder training on submarine platforms as available.
• Coordinate with Navy units to schedule training opportunities.
