Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk deployment based near Madison, WI, with relocation to the area.

You will enable IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams to realize Splunk's potential by building new use cases and ensuring reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 1+ year of Splunk administration experience; Cribl a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts; GitLab a plus.
• Familiarity with IaC concepts; Ansible and Terraform a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain the Splunk cloud installation.
• Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform with new use cases.
• Support IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
