Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation while collaborating with IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams. The role focuses on implementing impactful Splunk use cases and maximizing platform value across the organization.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed, with a strong emphasis on customer service, problem solving, and keeping pace with evolving Splunk deployments and cloud best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts; GitLab experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code: Ansible and Terraform preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Epic's Splunk cloud installation.
• Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform across IT operations, Security, R&D and BI.
• Identify and implement new, impactful use cases for Splunk.
