Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk deployment used by IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams. The role offers relocation assistance to Madison, WI and the opportunity to drive innovative use cases across the platform.

You will work from our Madison campus, collaborating with cross-functional teams and shaping Splunk strategies to improve healthcare delivery, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts; GitLab experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IaC concepts; Ansible and Terraform are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain the Splunk cloud installation.
• Collaborate with IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams.
