GE Vernova is seeking a Nuclear Fuel Engineer to contribute to BWR fuel reload licensing and cycle management, mentored by a team of engineers. The role includes licensing and design solutions, customer-facing deliverables, and collaboration with a matrixed organization.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, with desirable MS in Nuclear Engineering and experience in BWR technology.
The Nuclear Fuel Engineer will make immediate contributions to BWR fuel reload licensing and cycle management in GNF-A Fuels Engineering while being technically mentored by a team of high-performing engineers. In this role, you will provide innovative licensing and design solutions that ensure high-quality deliverables in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines. Additionally, this position offers direct utility customer-facing opportunities through deliverables, collaboration, and training.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $69,600.00 and $120,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
