Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all parish catechetical programs, including elementary, family catechesis, sacramental preparation, and children’s liturgy.
• Implement a clear, systematic plan for lifelong faith formation in alignment with parish and Archdiocesan vision.
• Recruit, train, and support catechists and volunteers, ensuring ongoing spiritual and professional formation.
• Partner with parents as primary educators in the faith.
• Manage program logistics, calendars, registration, records, and budget.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with parish staff, school leadership, and Archdiocesan offices.
