Job summary

Skinner Animal Clinic in Central Illinois seeks an experienced W-2 Relief / Per Diem Veterinarian to provide coverage across Pine Bluff Animal Hospital, Skinner Animal Clinic, Lakewood Animal Hospital, and Dwight Veterinary Clinic. Work 3–4 days per week with shifts across M-F and Saturdays, with comprehensive benefits and license/DEA reimbursements.

Qualifications

We're seeking an experienced W-2 Relief / Per Diem Veterinarian to provide coverage across Pine Bluff Animal Hospital, Skinner Animal Clinic, Lakewood Animal Hospital, and Dwight Veterinary Clinic in Central Illinois:

• Compensation: $1,200 per shift (plus mileage reimbursement)
• Schedule: Choose your schedule—work 3–4 days per week or approximately 12 shifts per month | Hours: M-F 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch break, Saturdays 8am-12pm

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited college
• Active Illinois veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
