Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in nursing.
• Oregon RN license required.
• Dual WA/OR licensure within 120 days of hire.
• NLC residency requirements and state license proof where applicable.
• BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS & PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care during patient visits, document in EMR, and discuss chief complaints.
• Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and coordinate follow-up care.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, including IV starts when ordered.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans and coordinate referrals.
