Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Relief Operator I in Kermit, Texas. This role includes leading crew operations and safely managing rig tasks under the guidance of a Rig Manager. You will be responsible for organizing the rig crew, performing safety meetings, and documenting services during oil and gas well operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Floor Hand experience is required.
• 1-2 years of Derrick hand experience is required.
• Supervisory level of well control training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead rigging up and down operations safely.
• Operate rig controls for pulling and laying down rods.
• Prepare rig tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
