Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a friendly Food Service Associate for the Burnet Campus. You will provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and employees, and operate the POS system to process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions.
Shifts are 8.5 hours, scheduled between 5a-4:30p, with an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Starting pay is based on experience; additional pay and benefits may apply.

Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and employees
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions
Support all retail café operations as assigned
Stock and replenish condiments, beverages, snacks, supplies, and retail merchandise
Assist with coffee service, salad bar, deli, pizza, Starbucks, mobile ordering, and other food service areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining spaces, equipment, and workstations
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Support peak meal periods by assisting in various retail stations as operational needs require
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
