Ready Mixed Concrete Co., a CRH Company, seeks a Relief Plant Dispatcher in Omaha, NE. You will operate trucks to haul dirt, aggregate, asphalt and more, manage driver schedules, and coordinate with customers, production teams and service personnel.

This relief role covers for the full-time position as needed. Responsibilities include taking customer calls, scheduling, entering orders, advising on mix types, monitoring equipment and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years related experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement and DOT Medical Certificate.
• Ability to operate computer systems and enter orders accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls and guides customers through ordering.
• Coordinates trucks, schedules, tickets, and routes with dispatch center.
• Sets delivery times based on truck capacity, distance and availability.
• Interacts with customers and internal teams professionally.
• Enters orders into computer system; places orders per jobsite location.
• Advises on mix to use for specific applications.
