Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy required (B.S. or PharmD).
• Licensed pharmacist in state where working.
• Immunization Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in operation of assigned pharmacy including providing exceptional customer service and efficiency in processing prescriptions.
• Monitors patients to ensure therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse drug effects; explains therapy plans to patients.
• Ensures location compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
