Job summary

Raley's is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist or Relief Pharmacist to support the PIC in running the site pharmacy. The role focuses on patient-centered care, immunizations, MTM, and travel health at select locations, with generous staffing and overlapping shifts for coverage.

Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, safe and accurate prescription processing, and adherence to all laws and company policies, while maintaining open communication with store staff and pharmacy leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy required (B.S. or PharmD).
• Licensed pharmacist in state where working.
• Immunization Certificate is required.
• Knowledge of OTC drugs and pharmacy policy procedures.
• Ability to work different schedules to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the operation of assigned pharmacy with exceptional customer service and efficient prescription processing.
• Monitors patients to ensure therapeutic outcomes and minimizes adverse drug effects; communicates clearly with patients about drug therapy.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, federal laws and company policies.
• Fosters open communication between store staff and pharmacy department to support company objectives.
