Job summary

Raley's is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist/Relief Pharmacist to support the Pharmacist in Charge in day-to-day site pharmacy operations. The role emphasizes patient-centric care, offering time to speak with patients and deliver high-quality professional service.

You will work in a family-owned company with ~80 years of history, expanding your clinical skills in immunizations, MTM, and travel health at selected locations. Expect overlapping pharmacist shifts to ensure coverage and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy required (B.S. or PharmD).
• Licensed pharmacist in state where working.
• Immunization Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the operation of the assigned pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service and efficiency in processing prescriptions.
• Monitors patients to ensure therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse drug effects; consults patients to ensure understanding of drug therapy plans.
• Helps ensure location compliance with local, state, federal laws and company policies and procedures.
• Participates in developing open communications between store staff and pharmacy department to improve morale and support company objectives.
